Frank W. Freeman, 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Frank was born on September 29, 1933, in Toombs County to the late Willie and Ann Dowd. Frank was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hawkins Freeman, adoptive father, Emory Freeman, and sister, Wynell Sharp.
Frank proudly enlisted in the Army National Guard, where he served with dedication until his retirement.
