George S. Stewart

George S. Stewart, 87, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2003 at the Houston Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 2 in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Stewart was born in Biscoe, NC and was retired from the United States Air Force, having served during World War II. He was also retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. His parents, William and Lydia Stewart, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine W. Stewart, Warner Robins; son, George M. Stewart, Warner Robins; brother, John Stewart, Star, NC; and sister, Margaret Stewart, Biscoe, NC.
