Glenn A. Powell

Warner Robins – Glenn A. Powell, 70, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 15, 2010.

Mr. Powell was born on July 21, 1940 in Franklin Heard County, Georgia. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force, and worked in civil service as an Electrician where he retired from Robins Air Force Base. A member of the American Legion, Mr. Powell loved spending time with family and friends. His parents, Monroe Powell and Cora Powell, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children Richard Powell, Warner Robins; Kathy Klinger (Stephen), Bonaire; Kevin Powell, (Shawn), Haynesville; Kristin Wright (Kenneth), Warner Robins; his loving and faithful companion, Chris Ryan, Warner Robins; sister, Opal Smith, Valley, Alabama; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, December 17, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2010 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Terry Ryan officiating.
