Gloria Sue Hayes

Gloria Sue Hayes, 72, entered into rest on Sunday, November 28, 2010.

Mrs. Hayes, who loved being a "Nana", was born on March 1, 1938 in Altoona, Alabama. She retired from Anchor Glass, and was a member of Sandy Valley Baptist Church. Her parents, John L. Harrelson and Ruby Roberts Harrelson, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of forty-nine years, Lawayne Hayes; daughter, Charla Hayes Thompson; grandchildren, J.L. Thompson and Lauren Thompson, all of Warner Robins; sister, Mavis East, Lineville, Alabama; brothers, Wayne Harrelson (Barbara), Gulf Shore, Alabama, and Bobby Harrelson, Johnson City, Tennessee; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Sandy Valley Baptist Church, Reverend Phil Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
