Gordon Forrest Bazemore, Jr.

Gordon Forrest Bazemore, Jr., 69, entered into rest on Wednesday, January 5, 2011.

Mr. Bazemore was born on November 1, 1941 in Butler, Georgia. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force, participated in the Vietnam Era, and worked as an Equipment Specialist before retiring. He was a member of Centerville United Methodist Church. His son, Douglas Warren Bazemore, and parents, Gordon F. Bazemore, Sr., and Ruth Hagler Bazemore, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving and faithful wife, Patsy Ruth Fulton Bazemore; daughter, Candace Moore (Gregg Rigsby); grandchildren, Carissa Moore and Austin Moore; and Buster Bazemore.

Visitation will be Friday, January 7, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Mr. Jason Duke officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Warner Robins Animal Shelter, 208 Stalnaker Drive, Warner Robins GA 31088.
