Gwendolyn Potter, 96, entered into rest Saturday, February 28, 2009.
Mrs. Potter was born on August 13, 1912, in Albany, Georgia. A member of the Warner Robins community since 1947, she worked 25 years at Robins Air Force base before her retirement in 1976. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist. Her parents, Henry Lastinger and Wylie Hewitt; two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Sharon Potter Richardson (Jim); grandchildren, Alisa S. Gainous, Dana Rozier and Tiraje E. Richardson and great grandson, Joshua Gainous, all of Warner Robins.
Visitation will be Monday, March 2, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
