Hazel L. Wainwright

Mrs. Hazel L. Wainwright passed away Friday, December 27, 2002 at Elberta Nursing Center. Services will be held on Sunday, December 29 in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

Born in Potterville, Georgia, Mrs. Wainwright had been a homemaker and was a member of Centerville First Baptist Church. Her husband, Fred C. Wainwright, Sr. and her parents, Joseph Barto Amerson and Beulah Gaultney Amerson, and a brother, Tom Posey, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Kilgore, Fort Valley; son, Calvin Wainwright, Macon; sisters, Beulah Horne, Butler; Mary Jane Davis, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Jimmy Kilgore, Warner Robins; Conor Wainwright, Macon; Elizabeth Wainwright, Macon; and one great-granddaughter, Emily Kilgore, Warner Robins.
