Henry James Peiffer

Henry James Peiffer, 88, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2006. A Rosary will be held Friday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund 250 S. Davis Drive Warner Robins, Georgia 31088 or to The American Kidney Foundation P.O. Box 96507 Washington, D.C. 20077.

Mr. Peiffer was born on September 21, 1918 in Newark, New Jersey. A resident of Warner Robins since 1965, Mr. Peiffer was a long-time member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during WWII. Henry was retired from Robins Air Force Base where he worked as a production controller.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of sixty four years, Mrs. Marian Swope Peiffer, children, Marie Prescott (Jackie), Fort Valley; Suzanne Simpson, Cleona, PA; Mollie Rickman (Rick), Eatonton; Joan Harlow (Dick), Oxford, NC; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
