Henry Shepherd

Henry Shepherd, 79, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 28, 2005 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, March 28, 2005 from 12:30 until 2:00 PM. at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Second Baptist Building Fund 2504 Moody Road Warner Robins, Georgia 31088 or Peachtree Baptist Church 1202 Hwy 247 Conn. Byron, Georgia 31008.

Mr. Shepherd was born in Milan, Georgia. He was a member of Second Baptist Church. He retired from Robins Air Force Base. His parents, Will and Maebel Shepherd; brothers, Will Shepherd; Mitchell Shepherd, McAdoo Shepherd, Charlie Shepherd, and Robert "Maloy" Shepherd preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Shepherd, Warner Robins; son, David Shepherd (Lynette) Warner Robins; daughter, Sandra Lauritsen (Jay), Warner Robins; grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, and Andrew Lauritsen and Hannah, Kaitlyn, Abigail Shepherd; sisters, Bertha Cappas, Warner Robins; Polly Bowen (T.J), Milan.
