Mr. Herman Blake, Jr., 78, of Vinegar Bend, AL, passed away on December 22, 2015 in Perry, GA. Mr. Blake was a member of the Free Masons, Scottish Rites, was a York Rite Knight, a Shriner, and a Templar. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Inetta Blake, and his parents, Herman Blake, Sr. and Estelle Ardis.
He is survived by his daughter, Ramona George; sons, Michael "Guy" and Carlton "Jay" Blake; step-daughters, Susan Williams and Pam Bullard; step-son, Terry Willard; brother, Butch (Winefred) Blake; niece, Lisa Blake; special friends, Allen and Dot Patterson; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Freeman Funeral Home. A graveside will follow at Hyatt Rounsaville Cemetery.
