Herman C. Tucker, Sr.

Herman Crawford Tucker, Sr., 67, entered into rest on Thursday, February 21, 2013.

Herman was born on November 29, 1945 in Ocilla, Georgia. Mr. Tucker worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for The Bibb Company for over twenty years. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him. His parents, Homer Tucker and Lila Mae Vaughn Tucker, and one brother, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of forty eight years, Hazel Tucker, Lizella; children, J.R. Tucker (Mary Ann), Jackie Spindle (Chris), Jerome Tucker (Brenda), Brian Tucker (Dee); grandchildren, Christopher Tucker, Christy Gonzalez (Mike), Allie Tucker, T.J. Tucker, Kyrsten Spindle, Lindsey Tucker, Logan Tucker, Heather Tucker, Hannah Tucker, and Madison Tucker, nine brothers and six sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, February 25, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street Ste. A., Macon, Georgia 31201.
