Hubert was born on June 30, 1952, in Soperton, Georgia. His father, Hayward L. Price, and brothers, Donnie Price and Larry G. Price, all preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his mother, Bobby Nell Daniel, Macon; brother, Barry Daniel (Jennifer), Warner Robins; twin brother, Hebert Price (Marcella), South Carolina; and sister, Sandra Daniel, Macon.
