James (Jeff) Edward Roberts

James "Jeff" Roberts, 53, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, April 28, 2011.

Jeff was born on July 19, 1957 in Macon, Georgia. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church. Jeff was self-employed as a House Framing Carpenter. Jeff was a very devoted father and loved to spend time with his daughter. His parents, Willard L. Roberts and Elizabeth Free Ramsey; and nephew, Jeffrey Crum, all preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughter, Jessica Trell Roberts, Bonaire; sisters Sherri Crum (George); Lynn Ewing; three nephews, one niece; and former spouse, Annie Roberts.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Northside Baptist Church, with Reverend Myke Harbuck officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093, or to Northside Baptist Church, 1013 Carl Vinson Parkway, Centerville, Georgia 31028.
