Janice Mae Williams, 68, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Born on June 24, 1957, in Charleston, South Carolina, Janice was the daughter of the late William Harold Lloyd and Dorothy Jean Bullard Lloyd. She began her professional life as a dental assistant. She then transitioned to working in administration at Robins Air Force Base, dedicating many years of service until her retirement.
Janice found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved dancing, attending concerts, and listening to music, as well as reading and watching movies. She was known for her love of vacations, particularly trips to the beach. Purple was her favorite color, and she was a devoted fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Above all, Janice cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Christopher Williams, as well as her siblings, Linda Byrnes and William Lloyd.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterward, Janice Mae Williams will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
