Janice Louise Lee Morgan

Mrs. Janice Louise Lee Morgan entered into eternal rest on May 26, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family and loved ones.

Janice was born on June 2, 1942, to the late Lucius Lee and the late Ruby Grimes Lee. She was a devoted daughter, loving family member, and faithful friend whose kindness and warmth touched many lives.

Janice dedicated many years of service to Robins Air Force Base, where she worked in civil service handling procurement and contracts. She was known for her strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to excellence throughout her career.

Above all, Janice loved her family deeply. She cherished the time spent with those she loved and created lasting memories that will forever remain in their hearts. Her presence, love, and gentle spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lamar Morgan; daughter, Tracy Billings Kimball; and son-in-law, Jeffrey Stephen Kimball.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Robert “Bobby” Carl Billings; grandchildren, Joshua Stephen Kimball, Jacob Lee Kimball, and Caitlin Elizabeth Mammah (Larry); great-granddaughter, Amelia Ruth Mammah; and brother, Robert “Bobby” C. Lee (Dotti).

Janice will be laid to rest during a private graveside service at Magnolia Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Janice has asked that donations be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
