Jason Howard Deese

On Tuesday, August 11, 2015, Jason Howard Deese went to be with the Lord in Heaven.

Mr. Deese was born on July 25, 1932 in Cottonwood, Alabama to the late Grover Cleveland and Genie Kay Kirkland Deese. Soon after high school graduation, he joined the United States Army for two years and retired from Continental Can Company after 35 dedicated years of service. Jason was devoted to The Assembly at Warner Robins where he was a Senior Member.

Jason was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Harold Deese; and sisters, Laris Stokes, Doris Rogers, Katie Steedley, and Bobby Hall.

Mr. Deese leaves his memory behind with his loving wife of 58 years, Betty Deese of Warner Robins; daughters, Debra Jones (Butch Payne) of Bonaire and Diane Gore (Leland) of Hampton; grandchildren, Jason Whittington, Stephanie Kidd (Levar Stevenson), Jared Gore, Sara Jones, and Billy Gore (Sandy); great-grandchildren, Jada and Eli Kidd, and Mya Gore; sister-in-law, Mildred Deese of Auburndale, Florida; nephew, Len Rogers of Orlando, Florida; and several more nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, August 14, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at The Assembly at Warner Robins with funeral services immediately following at 3:00 p.m. After the service, Mr. Deese will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery with Military Honors.
