Jean Alexander Zahniser, 87, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2006. Mrs. Zahniser was born on December 20, 1918 in Erie, PA. She was of the Protestant faith. Her parents, Fred and Carrie Bradford Alexander, and twelve brothers and sisters, preceded her in death. Mrs. Zahniser was a kindergarten teacher for many years in Fairfax, VA. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Zahniser, Warner Robins; children, Carol Beardsley, Warner Robins; David Zahniser, Wellesley, MA; Donna Macgowan, Golden, CO; and grandchildren, Matthew Beardsley, Rebecca Beardsley, Michael and Russell Zahniser and Ann Zahniser, and several nieces and nephews.
