Jerry Lyn Leverett, 52, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2005 in Savannah, Georgia. Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 7, 2005 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 6, 2005 from 7 until 9 PM. at McCullough Funeral Home.
Mr. Leverett was born in Macon, Georgia. He was a graduate from Warner Robins High School. His father, Franklin Leverett, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his daughters, Jennifer Leverett, Macon; Janet Street (Scott), Warner Robins; granddaughter, Sidney Street, Warner Robins; mother, Hazel Leverett, Albany; brothers, Larry Leverett, Macon; Jimmy Joyner, Warner Robins; sisters, Lorena Erickson, Albany; Peggy Duncan, Albany; several nieces and nephews.
