Jim L. Formby

Jim L. Formby, 78, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007 in Newnan Hospital. He was a resident of Heritage Healthcare of Franklin, Georgia and a former forty year resident of Warner Robins.

Mr. Formby was born on April 13, 1928 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He was of the Episcopal faith. He was a true Georgia Tech fan. Jim was self employed as an appliance repairman. His parents, Roy Lee and Mabel Riemenschneider Formby, brother, Bob R. Formby, USMC, (Ret), and very dear friend, Jean Beck, all preceded him in death.

Jim will be missed by his sister, Loni James, Union City; sister-in-law, Barbara Formby, West Virginia; and several nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
