Jimmie Ronald Marchman

Jimmie Ronald Marchman, 79, sadly passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015.

Jimmie was born on September 26, 1935 in Cordele, Georgia to the late Calvin Marchman and Thelma Coleman Marchman. He retired after many years of Civil Service at Fort Lee in Colonial Heights, Virginia. He enjoyed time spent socializing with friends and was an avid military history buff. Jimmie also enjoyed going to the beach and working outside.

In addition to his parents, beloved wives, Gail Marchman and Barbara Marchman; and his brother, John Marchman all preceded him in death.

Jimmie's memory will forever be treasured by his devoted daughter, Kathy Snow (Wayne); stepdaughter, Wanda Rowland; step-grandson, Tristin Rowland, all of Warner Robins; sister, Barbara Derr (Wayne) of Bonaire; his pet companion, "Sam"; and many loving friends who will miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Reverend Mike Slade officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. in Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery, Pitts, Georgia.
