John Benjamin (Benny) Jones

John B. Jones, 55, entered into rest on Friday, January 2, 2015.

Benny was born on February 6, 1959 in Eastman, Georgia. He was a 1978 graduate of Northside High School and worked as a sheet metal mechanic at Robins Air Force Base and then at Gulfstream in Savannah. Benny was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a hard-worker whose sense of humor will always be remembered. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray T. Jones.

His memory will forever be treasured by his mother, Lucy Cannon Jones, Warner Robins; children, Jonathan (Collette) Jones, Bonaire; Tyler Jones, Warner Robins; Allison Jones, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Chloe, Kaylee and Carson Jones; Aunt, Johnnie Fay (Ronald) Kincaid, Warner Robins; and cousin Shona Yates, Warner Robins.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2015, at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
