John David Thompson, 68, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 14, 2005, at McCullough Funeral Home.
Johnny was born in West Virginia. He was of the Baptist Faith and retired from Anchor Glass as a Machine Operator. He also was a member of the Local Union 234 GPAC. His parents, Walter A. Thompson and Helen L. Thompson Hammock, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Howell, Warner Robins; daughters, Diann Neal, Cleveland, Ohio; Joann Giddinge, Billerica, Massachusetts; Samantha Copeland, Warner Robins; Dawn Marie Thompson, Columbus, Ohio; son, Brian David Thompson; brother, William Ray Thompson, Bradenton, Florida; former wife, Mary Ann Thompson; ten grandchildren.
