John Hilton Harris, Jr.

John Hilton Harris, age 71, peacefully passed away on January 11, 2026.

John was born on December 10, 1954, in Frankfurt, Kentucky. He graduated from Warner Robins High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army, including service during the Vietnam War.

John was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was immensely proud of his children and his grandchild. Known for his big heart, John was always ready to help family and friends, offering kindness, support, and love whenever it was needed. He will be remembered for his generosity, loyalty, and the deep love he had for those closest to him.

He was preceded in death by his father, John H. Harris Sr.; his mother, Ruby Lancaster Harris; and his brother, Ralph Harris.

John is survived by his brothers, Frank Harris and Don Harris; his children, Jonathan Harris and Benjamin Harris; and his daughter-in-law, Ashley Harris, wife of Jonathan Harris. He is also survived by his beloved grandchild, Raiden Harris, son of Jonathan and Ashley Harris.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in the chapel at McCullough Funeral Home on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
