Joseph William Eyler IV, age 68, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2026.
Joe was a faithful Christian, proud Marine, dedicated employee, and loyal friend. He was truly one of a kind. Known for his warm heart and friendly spirit, he never met a stranger and had a gift for making everyone feel welcome. His kindness, sense of humor, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
A man of deep faith, Joe, was devoted to the Lord and faithfully served alongside his church family at Harvest. His unwavering faith guided his life and was evident in the love and compassion he showed to others. Joe proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, carrying the values of honor, courage, and commitment throughout his life.
For 42 years, Joe dedicated himself to Blue Bird, where his strong work ethic, dependability, and dedication earned the respect and friendship of countless coworkers. Above all, Joe loved his family and friends. His legacy of faith, kindness, loyalty, and service will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Eyler III; brother-in-law, Ralph Bowen and sister in law, Mona Marable.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of forty-one years, Linda Marable Eyler; his mother, Georgia Kay Eyler; his sister, Barbara Bowen; his brother, James Eyler (Beth); his sister, Donna Davis (Randy); his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Marable (Judy) and David Marable; and his sister-in-law, Gloria Hortman (Bruce). He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
