Joseph Westley Mckinley

Joseph Westley McKinley, 24, unexpectedly passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 29, 2018.

Born in Warner Robins, Georgia on July 21, 1994, Westley was a 2013 graduate of Veterans High School. He was certified in both welding and commercial truck driving and worked for TMC Transportation. Westley was training in preparation to join the United States Army so that he could bravely protect his country and support his fiancé and their growing family.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving fiancé, Madison Ruble of Byron; parents, Scott and Renee McKinley of Bonaire; and sisters, Shelby and Olivia McKinley.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 4, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Lee Hyatt officiating.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. McKinley’s arrangements.
