Josephine Joan Geckeler

Josephine J. Geckeler, 68, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2006.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, in River of Light Church of God in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Ms. Geckeler was born on March 20, 1938 in Butte Valley, Colorado. She attended River of Light Church of God. Ms. Geckeler was self-employed as a child care provider. She was very proud to be a member of the Red Hat Ladies Society. She and her daughter also started a nursing home ministry at Roberta Health Care located in Roberta, GA. Her parents, Anton and Ladean Oneil Palcher, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Steve Hendricks, Knoxville; grandchildren David, Melissa and Charles Hendricks, and sisters, Emma Tomassi, Helen Wilson, both of Big Piney, WY; Lillian Pryich, Rocksprings, WY; and Carrie Baker, Pearce, AZ.
