Jouana Griffin Farley

Jouana Griffin Farley, 77, passed away on September 24, 2007.

Mrs. Farley was born on April 18, 1930 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. She was also a member of the Newcomers Club and the Officers Wives Club. She loved being an Air Force wife and spending time with her daughters, and their families. Her husband, Robert H. Farley, and parents, Julius E. and Clotilde P. Griffin, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Karen Farley Jordan (Gary), St. Augustine, Florida; Shaun Farley Childs (Matthew), Alpharetta, Georgia; Maura Farley Pipkins (Scott), Macon, Georgia; and seven grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at All Saints Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital, 322 North Lauderdale Street, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
