Joyce Alice Melton, 77, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at her residence. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Houston County 103 Westridge Drive Warner Robins, Ga. 31088.
Mrs. Melton was born in Dryden, Ontario Canada. She was of the Presbyterian faith. Her husband, Richard “Dick” Melton; daughter, Marla Melton Cooper; parents, Robert W. and Kathleen A. Murray; brothers, Rocky Murray; Bill Murray; preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sisters, Rita Needham, Perry; Lois Gammon ( Don), Dryden Ontario, Canada; grandson, Virgil “Gill” Cooper, Macon.
