Born in Vienna, GA, Ms. Phillips was a retired Nursing Assistant. She was of the Baptist faith. Her father, J.W. Herring, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Exie and D. K. Shirley, Warner Robins; sons and daughters-in-law, Kenny Sears, Jr. and wife Holly, Carollton, GA; John Sears and wife Sherri, Covington, GA; daughter, Dina Head, Montgomery, AL; sisters, Robbie Grimes, Warner Robins; Toni Herring, Byron; and eight grandchildren.
