Katherine Price

Katherine Price, 36, passed into the hands of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. Born in Memphis, Tennessee on February 9, 1985, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Mae Jones and the late Erik Jones. Katherine graduated with Northside High School’s Class of 2003, where she was known by everyone for her beautiful smile, her kind nature and her lovable spirit. Following graduation, she proudly joined the United States Air Force and was actively serving her country in the Georgia Air National Guard. Katherine also enjoyed working for Credence Management Solutions, LLC and enjoyed showcasing her talent as a make-up artist, cosmetologist, and owner of Next Level Glam. She made everything she touched more beautiful! She was a longtime member of Fellowship Bible Baptist Church and made it a priority to instill the importance of knowing Jesus in her children every day. In addition, she absolutely loved shopping, but being with her family was what brought her the most joy. Katherine leaves behind countless family and friends who loved her whole-heartedly and who meant the world to her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Kamia Ridley, Braylon Price, and Chandler Price; mother, Elizabeth Mae Jones; siblings, Marlo Jones, Erika Jones, and Terrick Mckenzie; grandmothers, Katherine Miller and Lucille Marshall; her father figure/uncle, Jerome Jones (Paula Jones); first cousins who were more like younger siblings, Phillip Jones, Daija Jones, and Quan Jones; godsister, Lashaundra Hooks; and Kamia’s loving and devoted father and grandmother, Jonathan and Elsie Ridley.
