– Kathleen Marchant, 88, entered into rest Thursday, October 16, 2008.
Mrs. Marchant was born in Acworth, Georgia on January 6, 1920. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church. A homemaker, she was formerly employee by Family Dollar and Roses in Warner Robins. Her husband, Willie Joe Marchant, parents, Edwin Sanders and Merle Fountain Sanders, daughter, Gail Marchant Forquer and grandson David Marchant, all preceded her in death.
Treasuring her memory are her son, Edwin "Sonny" Marchant, Warner Robins, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; brother Harold Sanders, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; sister, Jean Johnson, Perry, Florida; a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, October 20, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 1:00 p.m. in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
