Kathleen C. Roberts

Kathleen C. Roberts, 86, entered into rest on Thursday, January 30, 2014.

Kathleen was born on February 11, 1927 in Jay, Florida. She was a retired Court Reporter serving thirty-seven years in Civil Service and twelve years for the State of Georgia. Kathleen was a devoted member of All Saints Episcopal Church where she served on the Altar Guild. She was also a member of the Genealogy Society and a Lifetime Member of the Merle Haggard Fan Club. Her daughter, Mitchell Anna Coile; parents, Emory and Anna Holmes Cofield; brother, Howard Cofield; and sister, Eleanor Stanley preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her beloved grandchildren, Charles Benson (Rhonda) of Springville, Alabama and Crystal Sorber of Davis, California; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah and Rachel Sorber and Dillan and Cierra Benson; great-great grandson, Hudson Pickett; sister, Charlotte Adams of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and several loving nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to All Saints Episcopal Church Building Fund, 1708 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
