Kathryn Pryor Ford

Kathryn Ford, 56, entered into rest on Friday, April 8, 2016.

Kathryn was born on November 20, 1959 in Augusta, GA. She attended Peach County High School and graduated class of 1977. With pride and honor Kathryn served her country in the United States Army and then worked for the Warner Robins Police Department in Patrol and Dispatch. She attended Fort Valley State University before transferring to the University of Oklahoma. Kathryn received her Master's degree from Oklahoma Christian University. She most recently was employed at Geico Insurance. Kathryn enjoyed spending her spare time making jewelry, gardening and cooking.

Her daughter, Tovanya Ford, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, J. Harold Ford; children, Shannon Ford and Courtney Ford, both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Zachary Ford, Callie Ford and Ty Ford; mother, Ida Mae Collins of Fort Valley and siblings, Eddie Williams of Peach County, Verdella Miller of New York, Shirley Pryor and Barbara Howell, both of Byron.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2016 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will greet friends at a reception following the service at the Farmhouse.
