Kay S. Collins

Kay S. Collins, 66, entered into rest on Thursday, December 23, 2010.

Kay was born on June 25, 1944 in Byron, and was a 1962 graduate from Warner Robins High School. She attended Macon State College and Georgia Southwestern University, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She proudly served as a nurse at Medical Center of Central Georgia. Centerville Baptist Church was her church home. Her parents, Tom W. Collins and Sara Clark Venezia Morris, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Phillip Collins; brother, Tom Collins, Jr., (Sandra); and grandson, Tyler.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 26, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Magnolia Park Cemetery, with interment following. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Ovarian Cancer Society Fund, 2501 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 435, Dallas TX 75219.
