Kenneth Lawrence Erdman, Jr.

On the afternoon of Friday, October 6, 2023, Kenneth Lawrence Erdman, Jr., 59, entered the gates of heaven.

Ken was born on January 8, 1964, in Kewanee, Illinois to the late Bonnie and Kenneth L. Erdman, Sr. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force receiving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Following his military retirement, Ken began working with Pactiv Evergreen where he dedicated twenty-eight years of service. A true American Patriot, Ken was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed collecting firearms. He was a diehard Chicago Cubs and Bears fan and loved listening to ZZ Top and AC/DC.  

His memory will forever be treasured by his adoring wife of twenty years, Margaret Moore Erdman; son, Kenneth L. Erdman, III (Colleen Thorn); grandchildren, Orrin Erdman and Arlo Erdman; brothers, James Erdman and Daniel Erdman; sister, Leanne Williams and nephews, Eli Bates and Lucas Bates.

Visitation with Ken’s family will be Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The funeral service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Ken Erdman to a Trust for his grandchildren, Orrin and Arlo Erdman at 116 Crystal Drive, Byron, GA 31008.
