Leland Pugh, 78, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2005 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 21, 2005 at Central Baptist Church .Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 23, 2005 in Oakland Memorial Cemetery in Shelby, Ohio. Visitation will be Sunday, March 20, 2005 from 4 until 6 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The family suggests donations be made to Joy of the Journey and Central Baptist Building Fund.

Mr. Pugh was born in Woodsfield, Ohio. He was a member of Central Baptist Church. Leland was in World War II and he served 25 years in the United States Military. He also was a devoted toymaker for hundreds of kids for Kids Yule Love. His parents, Raymond and Etta Pugh, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Helen M. Pugh, Warner Robins; son, Daniel Pugh wife (Jennifer), Conyers, Georgia; step children, Robert E. Anderson wife (Cheryl), Kathleen, Georgia; Susan Trull, Jacksonville, Florida; sister, Altha Buckingham, Ohio; two grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
