Leona R. Fountain

Leona R. Fountain, 88, entered into rest on Saturday, May 26, 2012.

Leona was born on October 3, 1923, in New Hampshire. She worked at several of the local restaurants until the age of 86. She was an avid bowler and a member of Church of Christ. Her beloved husband, John L. Fountain, Sr., and son, John L. Fountain, Jr., preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving daughters, Hope Johnson, Warner Robins, Linda Sapp, Claxton, and Barbara Yarse, Ohio; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, June 2, 2012, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Pastor Gene Stilwell officiating. Burial will be private.
