Linda Lee Danson

Linda Lee Danson, 78, entered into rest on, January 07, 2019.

She was a graduate of Hamilton High School, Hamilton Ohio, class of 1954. Linda was active in the music ministry at her church throughout her life. She was the organist and pianist at the Millville Avenue Church of God in Hamilton, Maud Church of God, in Maud, Ohio and the First Christian Church of Warner Robins, Georgia. She also was a part of a quartet gospel singing group and nursing home ministry as well. You could always find Linda at her piano or singing. She loved music, especially gospel music and passed this love onto her children.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Danson; her father and mother, the Reverend Forrest J. and Eula Lee; brothers, Jimmy, Gerry, and David Lee; and sister, Ms. Mary Jane Lee.

She leaves behind one son, Kevin Danson and his wife Gisela; two daughters, Mrs. Kelly Enoch and her husband Jermaine and Ms. Dana Danson; three grandchildren; Rebecca Danson, Ivan Mendoza-Danson and Frida Danson; sister, Mrs. Patricia Johnston and her husband Michael; and brother, Mr. Bruce D. Lee and his wife Pattie.

The family will welcome guests between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at McCullough Funeral Home in Warner Robins, Georgia. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be at Georgia Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Linda Lee Danson to Heart of Georgia Inpatient Hospice at 1120 Morningside Drive, Perry, Georgia 31069.
