Linda J. Murden

Linda J. Murden entered into rest on Monday, April 21, 2025.

Linda was born on September 1, 1953, in Fort Valley, Georgia, to the late Thomas J. Kendrick and Odessa F. Kendrick. After attending Spelman College in Atlanta, she remained in the city to begin her career as a respiratory therapist, a profession she carried out with dedication and compassion until her retirement. In her later years, she eventually settled in Bonaire, Georgia, drawn by the comfort of being closer to her beloved family. Linda will be deeply missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Murden and siblings, Blonnelle Leftwich and Wendell Kendrick.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her siblings, Edward T. Kendrick (Eva), Sidney L. Kendrick (Lila), and Geraldine Kendrick, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.

At the family’s request, all services will be private.
