Survivors include her mother, Mary Ann Van Wart, Warner Robins; daughter, Megan Leanne Holland, Warner Robins; step-daughter, Michaela Lane Holland, Blairsville, GA; sister, Deborah Lynn Walton, Roberta; niece, Amy Marie Smith, Milledgeville; nephew, Dillon Trace Pack, Milledgeville.
