Lloyd T. Smith

Lloyd T. Smith, 82, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.

Lloyd was born on November 10, 1931 in Calspar, Michigan to the late Frank and Mary Hastings Smith. He was a retired millwright with Inland Lime and Stone and attended First Baptist Church Manistique in Michigan. His parents and siblings, Helen Evonich (Rudy), Marjorie Stamper, Peggy Beaudry (Ted), Thelma Rosebush (Lyle), Willard Smith and Robert Smith (Marguerite), preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Betty Freeland Smith of Warner Robins, Georgia; children, Patricia Hammaker (Neil) of Warner Robins, Georgia, Daniel T. Smith of New Orleans, Louisiana and Wayne S. Smith (Brenda) of Midwest City, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; special niece, Cindy Smith (Rick) of Gulliver, Michigan; and several loving nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church Manistique, Michigan at a later date.
