Warner Robins

Lynn Orville Harms, age 73, transitioned on Sunday, July 13, 2025. Lynn was born on October 20, 1952, in Haxtun, Colorado to the late Orville Lee Harms and Bonnie Jean Corning Harms, both deceased. After struggling for a number of years with chronic pain, mobility issues and recently Alzheimer’s, he is now free from the struggles of humanity and is whole and healed in the arms of those who gathered to meet him as he arrived. His wife Tami fell in love with his gentleness and his ability to listen and to serve. He was a true gentleman. They shared so many interests, involving their spirituality and the expansiveness of what this means. He was Tami’s true partner and the love of her life. She felt safe with him to be completely authentic. She considers her time with this amazing man as such a blessing.

His love was family. He loved his daughters and his grandchildren. He loved life. He loved that beauty of our world, in particular Colorado. He was an environmentalist and a preservationist. He had a passion and talent to capture the exquisiteness of our world through the lens of a camera. He was a valuable member of the Boulder Photography Club. In the early days, he developed his images in his personal darkroom. This allowed him to be fully integrated with his art.

A voracious reader, he loved Patrick McManus and Dave Berry. He loved a good game of golf and, more importantly, finding those missing golf balls! Magick happened though, for him, when standing in the stream flyfishing. This was his special thing. It was spiritually meditational for him. It was a place where he could regain peace in a chaotic world. A lifelong fan of the Denver Broncos, he stayed faithful through thick and thin. Lynn found his calling as a massage therapist. This allowed him to be part of each person’s healing path when they came to him. As a Reiki Teacher, he utilized this powerful energy in all he did and was part of. Lynn will be deeply missed by all who knew him and felt his gentle quietness and passion for the world and for healing.

Lynn was preceded in death by his brother Gary Harms of Albuquerque, New Mexico (Vicky).

His memory will be held and treasured forever by his wife of 22 years, Tami Anne Harms.

His memory is also held by his daughters: Tanaya Harms of Morganton, North Carolina and Andrea Harms of Warner Robins, Georgia; grandchildren: Rylan Harms, Gracie Gilson and Carson Helman; stepdaughter Sterling Greene (Robert) of Katy, Texas; step-grandchildren: Hailee Greene and Heidi Greene; siblings: Anne Worrell and Karen Delcoure (Del); niece: Rebecca Salazar (Vic); nephews: Christopher Harms and Mark Harms; great-nephew: Anthony Contreras, along with many other caring family members and friends.

At the family’s request, services will be held at a later date in the Denver, Colorado area.
