Margaret Sangster Wood, 79, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 4, 2011.
Mrs. Wood was born on October 6, 1931 in Fitzgerald, Georgia. She was of the Catholic Faith and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her parents, Dewey Melvin Sangster and Leona Farmer Mullins, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Billy Wood (Beth), Newnan, Georgia, Cindy Butler (Joe), Bonaire, David Wood (Betsye), Moreland, Georgia, and Maggie Dunn (Stephen), Perry; ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Liturgy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2011 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Riverside Cemetery.
