Marian Peiffer, 88, entered into eternal life, Saturday, October 11, 2008.
Mrs. Peiffer was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on April 29, 1920. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Her husband, Henry James Peiffer, and parents, Howard Swope and Mary Sattazahn Swope, all preceded her in death.
Treasuring her memory are her daughters, Marie Prescott (Jackie), Fort Valley, Suzanne M. Simpson, Cleona, Pennsylvania, Mollie P. Rickman (Rick), Eatonton and Joan P. Harlow (Dick), Oxford, North Carolina; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with visitation in the church one hour prior. Entombment will be in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. Monsignor Nijem will officiate.
