Marla Jane Morris

Marla Jane Morris, 58, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Born on September 21, 1967, in Vero Beach, Marla was the beloved daughter of the Roy Pittman and Linda Brady. She dedicated many years of her life to serving her community through her work with the Department of Public Safety as an MCO-3.

Marla found joy in music, concerts, and the sparkle of Christmas lights. She cherished traveling with her friends, creating memories filled with laughter and adventure. Her loyal fur baby, “Hey Jude,” and her car, affectionately named “Side Chick,” brought her endless happiness.

Known for her kindness and generosity, Marla was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. She treasured time spent with her family and had a special fondness for the holidays, especially Halloween, which she celebrated with enthusiasm and creativity every year.

Marla’s warmth and light will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her father, Marla was preceded in death by her siblings, Steven Long and Tiki Smith.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Hayley Khan (Nabeel), and Sierra Collins; grandchildren, Kylie, Bentley, Bella, Gunner, Autumn, Noah, Odette; mother, Linda Brady; father, Roy Pittman; and siblings, Diana Burney (Billy) and Jason Pittman.
