Marshell Tolbert

Marshell Tolbert, passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 71. Marshell was born on September 22, 1953, in Warner Robins, Georgia, to the late Earnest and Lillie Mae Tolbert.

Marshell grew up in Warner Robins, where he was a proud graduate of Warner Robins High School. As a student, he made his mark excelling in both football and basketball. 

After high school, Marshell pursued a successful career as a truck driver, where he earned respect for his hard work and dedication.

In addition to his parents, Marshell was preceded in death by his brother, Milton Tolbert.

Marshell was a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle, and cousin. He is survived by his sister, Dianna Shannon; his nephew, Chan Tolbert; his niece, Bridgett Tolbert; and his cousin, Ashley Thomas. 

Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterward, Marshell will be laid to rest in Lamar Cemetery.
