Marvin Jay Pollard

Marvin Jay Pollard, 40, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2005 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, December 3, 2005 from 6 until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Pollard was born on May 9, 1965 in Atlanta, Georgia. He lived in Houston County for the most of his life. Mr. Pollard was a self-employed plumber, collector, enjoyed riding motorcycles and working outdoors.

Survivors include his father, Virgil Pollard Sr.(Charlene), Musella, Georgia; mother, Joyce Colvin (Arthur), Warner Robins; fiancé, Lora Lee Jones, Hayneville; grandmothers, Annie E. Cosby, Warner Robins; Betty Jane Cosby, Savannah; son, Brandon Jay Pollard, Warner Robins; daughter, Patricia Elaine Pollard, Centerville; brothers, Virgil Jesse Pollard, Jr., Milledgeville; Mark Ray Pollard (Dawn), Warner Robins; Brian Pollard, Warner Robins; sisters, Amanda Jean Pollard, Lizella; Teresa Marie Pollard, Lizella; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
