Mary L. Howell

Mary Lee Howell passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Warner Robins Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 5, 2005 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be held Sunday, November 6, 2005 in Magnolia Cemetery in Lucedale, Mississippi. Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2005 from 6 until 8 PM at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Senior Center, 155 Maple Street, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093.

Mrs. Howell was born in Bexley, Mississippi on August 4, 1925. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Lucedale, Mississippi and retired from the Houston County School System. She was a Robins Rockets, a “Gold Star Mother”, and also did aerobics at the Senior Center. She was a wonderful mother and friend. Her son, Adrian Ealon Howell; daughter, Patricia Ann Howell Gregorious; grandson, Michael Gregorious; great-grandson, Austin Isaiah Howell; parents, Bolton and Lillian Howard; sisters, Rachel Musgrove; Lillian Smith, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Donald Lee Howell (Elaine), Eastanollee, Georgia; Jeffrey Wayne Howell, Foley, Alabama; Edward Aaron Howell, George County, Mississippi; Edwin Ellis Howell, Cumming, Georgia; brothers, Ulis Bill Howard, Houston, Texas; George Bolton Howard, Lucedale, Mississippi; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
