Mary was born on June 10, 1938, in Columbus, Kansas to the late James and Alice Skaggs. She attended and graduated from Mirando City High School in Mirando City, Texas. A loving wife and mother, Mary enjoyed spending as much time with her family as she could. In her free time, she enjoyed baking and reading a good book. Her tender presence will be deeply missed by those she loved.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by 8 of her siblings.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband, William Donald Riley, Sr.; children, Sandra Davis (Jim) of Chatanooga, TN, Debra Tisckos (Jeff) of Williamsville, IL, William Riley, Jr. of Marietta, GA, Patricia Shain (David) of Bonaire, GA, and Thomas “T.J.” Riley (Ashley) of Canton, GA; siblings, Rose Bowyer of Arizona and Emma Sue Boldin of South Carolina, along with 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
