Mike Grinstead

Graveside memorial services for Mike Grinstead, 54, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 12, 2004 at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will follow the services at graveside. Mr. Grinstead passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia

Mr. Grinstead was born in Macon, GA on August 6, 1949. He made his home in Warner Robins where he had been employed with Home Depot in the Lawn and Garden Department. Prior to that Mr. Grinstead worked as a Horticultural Specialist for Houston Lake Country Club. He was a member of Houston Lake Country Club where he was an avid golfer with above average skills. He was a former member of the Warner Robins Jaycee’s. His father, Eugene Robert Grinstead, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Grinstead, Warner Robins; mother, Rebecca Amador, Sacramento, CA; stepmother, Claria Grinstead, Clarksville, TN; daughter and son-in-law Stephanie and Scott Rourke, Warner Robins; brothers, Jeff Grinstead and Tim Grinstead both of Clarksville, TN; sister, Regina Thyssen, Dixion, CA; and grandchildren: Paige, Hailey, and Sean Rourke.
